DOGS CAN ONLY BE REGISTERED AFTER STRICT FAMILIARISATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE
Our registration process entails completing various declaration forms in line with current legislation for you and your dogs protection.
All information given will be strictly confidential but will be available to Licensing Officers on request, as is the legal requirement for Licensing.
You will be asked to provide the following information:
Proof of ownership
Your full name and address
Contact telephone numbers
Emergency contact details
Up to date vaccination record
Up to date worm and flea treatment record
Details of vet you are registered with
Full disclosure of any medical ailments/injuries
Full disclosure of any vices past or present, fears and anxieties
Dietary requirements, allergies (food and medicines must be listed and provided by owner)
Activity and exercise ability discussed and agreed
Consent forms and contract, for dogs from individual homes to be exercised and boarded together
